Oh Goddess Who Art Thou?

Oh Goddess who art thou?

Lest your beauty illuminate my ugliness in full

Might I die upon thy feet. Your radiant cruelty tempts me like no other, pull me in and hold me.

Let me go. I can’t stand your power.

Shame on me- I’ve been caught though it’s the only sustenance- If I leave she will surely scorn me and I will die a thousand deaths.

You pull the strings, I’ll be your puppet then, contort and torture me and I will love it so. Afterwards, run me like a fine thread across your wheel one last time and make me into a nice silken tapestry that tales of greatness. Don the weave with shining stars and a broken vessel upon a post between two columns and I will come. If not that, use your godliness and make me a golden thread that ties the king to his crown.
